Do you have a passion for Web3 and a proven track record of success in marketing? Xangle is seeking a talented and results-oriented Junior Web3 Marketer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and executing our Web3 marketing strategy, helping us reach new audiences and achieve our business goals.

주요 업무
•
Understand the userbase of Xangle Portal and execute marketing campaigns to grow the userbase
•
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on results
•
Conduct periodic surveys to understand the needs of the users and establish effective marketing strategies
•
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns for our Web3 services across various platforms (e.g., Naver, Kakao, X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram)
•
Manage and grow our online communities by fostering engagement and building relationships
•
Create engaging content that resonates with B2C communities
•
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
•
Stay updated on the latest Web3 trends and technologies and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
•
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., development, product) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach
자격 요건
•
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or social media marketing
•
Understanding of Web3 concepts and technologies (blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.)
•
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, particularly for B2C audiences.
•
Native Korean speaker and an advanced level of English language proficiency (the team’s language is English).
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•
Experience with social media marketing platforms and content creation tools
•
Experience with analytics tools and data analysis a plus
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

업무 방식 및 복리후생

탄력 근무제 - 08:00~10:00 자유 출근, 점심시간 포함 9시간 근무 후 퇴근
